Most homeowners don’t think about repairs…until something breaks.  A leaking roof during heavy rain.  Cracks on walls getting wider.  Tiles lifting.  Doors not closing properly.  Electrical issues starting to malfunction.  At first, it seems small. Manageable. “We’ll handle it another time.”
